For us, the most important thing is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if not, no problem: you have 15 calendar days from the day you received it to exchange or return your order.
To make an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition (without the marked sole*) and including original packaging and accessories. Please protect the box with the envelope in which you received it and put your purchase invoice in it (do not stick anything on it). If you receive it damaged due to not having been properly protected, 4 euros will be deducted from the credit.
*If the shoe shows signs of having been used, the return or exchange will NOT be accepted.
If any pair with signs of use arrives at our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for collecting it from our warehouse.
Customers residing outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands may only request returns and will be responsible for all customs fees, taxes and shipping costs.
Shipping costs, taxes and customs fees are not refundable. In the event that the customer does not accept delivery of their order, costs and customs fees necessary to complete the delivery, Más34 will not fully refund their order. Any expense not associated with the customer for not accepting their shipment will be deducted from their original refund amount.
The first exchange is free (Only 1 exchange per model will be accepted. If you want to make several exchanges, we will refund you and you will have to buy a new pair).
Refunds for returned items will be made within a maximum of 10 days and may take between one and five days depending on the payment method used. Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Credits for international transfers will not be issued. If MAS34 is responsible for the collection, 8 euros will be deducted from the credit.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON MEGAOUTLET PRODUCTS OVER 30€. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You have 3 options to send us your exchange or return:
1. You take care of it, through the courier company you prefer with PAID shipping and send it to us at:

2. Bring it to our showroom at Provenza 385, 4º 6ª in Barcelona. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm.
3. We take care of it, AS LONG AS THE COLLECTION IS IN THE SPANISH PENINSULA AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS.
- In case of exchange, this will be free. (Only 1 exchange per model will be accepted, if you want to make more changes we will refund you and you will have to buy a new pair).
- In the event of a return, €8.00 will be deducted from the refund in question (if we manage the collection at home or at a chosen point). NOTHING will be deducted if you opt for a voucher for the value of the product that will expire after one year.
* Extraordinary costs arising from customs services will always be borne by the client. (Canary Islands and outside the territory of the European Union)

If you want to make a change: of size or model, we will send it to you for FREE! in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. Please check if we have the size you want, if you can't find it, send us an email and we will let you know if we will receive a replacement or any change.
We will only accept one exchange of each model. If you want more exchanges, a refund of the corresponding amount will be made and you will be asked to make another purchase.
If you want to make a return:
When we receive the goods and verify that everything is correct, we will inform you and proceed to pay the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. The refund for returns received will be made within a maximum period of 10 days and may take between one and five days to be made depending on the payment method you used . Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
- The payment to your credit or debit card account, which you can check on your statement. The payment settlement date does not depend on us but on your bank, and can vary between 1 to 10 days.
- If you have paid via PayPal , you will receive the payment in your PayPal account.
- If you have paid by bank transfer, we will contact you to request your full account number and make the payment directly into it.
