GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PRELIMINARY

This agreement regulates the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting for the various services provided on this website http://www.mas34shop.com, as specified in this contract. By completing the registration process and/or purchasing any service through this website, the user expressly accepts and agrees to the clauses specified below.

The contracting of MAS34 services and/or the purchase of products through this website by the User/Customer implies a declaration of being of legal age, as well as the express acceptance of these "General Terms and Conditions," the "Legal Notice," and the "Privacy Policy," constituting a valid contract between the parties.

All our contracts comply with current legislation and are subject to Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, as well as the General Contracting Conditions Law (Law 7/98) and Royal Decree 1906/1999 on electronic contracting with general contracting conditions.

2. CONTRACTING PARTIES

This contract is signed through the website http://www.mas34shop.com, hereinafter referred to as the Website, on the one hand, by the company MAS34 PISA FUERTE S.L., located at Carrer de Provença 385, 08025, Barcelona, Spain, with VAT number B-65848913, registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona under Volume 43336, Folio 0095, Sheet 425611, hereinafter referred to as MAS34.

On the other hand, the CLIENT provides their data through the registration forms made available by MAS34 on this website to proceed with the contracting or purchase of the freely chosen product specified in this contract. The CLIENT declares that the provided data is truthful, updated, and personal and that they provide it themselves, as well as that they are not a minor.

We do not sell products to minors. The products we sell must be purchased by adults. Minors under 18 years old may only use MAS34 services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting are intended to regulate the contracting and acceptance of the services provided by MAS34 and its CLIENTS concerning the products offered on its website, from order placement, payment, and delivery, to after-sales service, as detailed in this contract.

4. SERVICE CONDITIONS

The commercial conditions of this service and any offers that MAS34 may carry out will always be displayed on the website http://mas34shop.com, where they can be consulted, archived, or printed. MAS34 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as any other document published on the Website.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

MAS34 is responsible for the reliability, truthfulness, and accuracy of the content, data, or information regarding the products offered on its website. The service provided by MAS34 is limited exclusively to making the products offered on the website available to customers.

The CLIENT agrees to comply with the "Legal Notice," "Privacy Policy," and these "General Terms and Conditions" published by MAS34 on its website at the time of purchasing the product.

6. PRICE, CONDITIONS, SHIPPING LOCATIONS, AND PAYMENT METHODS

  • Price: The CLIENT expressly agrees to pay MAS34 the amounts specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website, which already includes the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Payment Methods: Payments must always be made in advance. MAS34 will not provide the requested service and/or products until the payment is received.

  • Shipping Locations and Costs: The available shipping locations and costs are detailed in the website's price breakdown and are borne by the CLIENT. The shipping fees are added to the total amount of the selected products at checkout.

7. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Purchasing on the website follows a fully electronic process. The steps include product selection, adding items to the cart, user identification, acceptance of legal terms, finalizing the order, and order confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

The CLIENT may only cancel an order on the same day of purchase and before 4:00 PM by sending an email to devoluciones@mas34shop.com.

9. ORDER DELIVERY

Once the order is prepared, it is delivered through a courier service. The average delivery time is specified on the website. Delays due to logistical circumstances or force majeure will be communicated as soon as possible.

10. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The CLIENT has 15 calendar days from receipt to return or exchange a product. The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and accessories. Customers outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands can only request returns and must cover all shipping, customs, and tax expenses.

The first exchange is free within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For returns, a refund will be issued within 10 days, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

11. VALIDITY OF THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE AS EVIDENCE OF ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Following the purchase procedure described in this contract implies full and express acceptance of the agreement.

12. PARTIAL NULLITY

If any part of these service conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Spanish law applies to disputes related to these Terms and Conditions. The competent courts are those in Spain. Complaints regarding our services may be submitted via email at info@mas34shop.com.

14. LANGUAGE

MAS34 offers the possibility to complete purchases in multiple languages. In the event of a translation error in these "General Terms and Conditions," "Legal Notice," or "Privacy Policy," the Spanish version will prevail.
