Exchange / Return
The most important thing for us is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if not, no problem: you have 15 calendar days from the day you received it to exchange or return your order.
To exchange or return the product, it must be in perfect condition (without the marked sole*) and include its original packaging and accessories. Remove the shipping label you received and apply the new sticker.
Return information
Please place your shoe box inside the brown cardboard box we sent you and protect it by sealing it with insulating tape.
*If the shoe shows signs of being worn, returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted. If any pair arrives at our warehouse with evidence of use, the customer will be responsible for collecting it from our warehouse.
Customers residing outside of mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and selected European Union countries may only request returns and will be responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and shipping costs.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable . If the customer does not accept delivery of their order, Más34 will not refund the full amount of the order, and any costs and customs fees required to complete delivery will be deducted from the original refund amount.
The first change is free
The first exchange is free (Only one exchange per model will be accepted. If you want to make multiple exchanges, we will refund you and you will have to buy a new pair).
Refunds for returns received will be processed within a maximum of 10 days and may take between one and five days depending on the payment method used. Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Credits for international transfers will not be issued. If MAS34 handles the collection, €8 (or €15 in selected EU countries*) will be deducted from the refund. Nothing will be deducted if you opt for a voucher for the product.
