STATUS OF MY ORDER

You can see the status of your order by clicking on "my account".

The statuses that may appear are the following:

  • Processing:

Your order is being processed, which means that all the data has been received correctly. Except for orders that are in pre-order (specified in the sheet of each product), you will receive your shipment within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Complete:

Your order has already left our warehouse, so you will be able to enjoy it within a maximum of 48 hours.

  • Return received:

Your return has been received correctly. Returns received between the 1st and 31st are refunded on the 5th of the following month.

  • Change received:

Your change has been received correctly and we are preparing your shipment.

  • Change completed:

Your exchange has already been sent and will arrive at your destination within a maximum of 48 hours.

  • Payment made:

We have already processed your payment. Depending on the payment method you used, it may take 1 to 7 days for the payment to be reflected.

  • Pending:

Your order has not been placed successfully, payment is still pending. You must place the order again.

  • Cancelled:

Your order has been cancelled.

If your item has left our warehouse you must enter the shipping number that we sent you by email at www.seur.com .

The courier company will contact you via SMS or email to inform you of the delivery time.

If you are not satisfied, you can return the order within 15 business days after receiving it. If you have any questions, please contact us.

MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, at MAS34 we are committed to accepting exchanges and returns, in accordance with our guarantee:

  • You have 15 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange or return.
  • Please note that only exchanges or returns of items that are in perfect condition and include original packaging and accessories will be accepted.
  • Once we receive the merchandise and verify that everything is correct, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
  • Refunds received during the current month will be refunded on the 5th of the following month. It may take between one and five days to be made, depending on the payment method you used.
  • If you want to change the size or model, we will send it to you for FREE!

Shipping costs to our warehouse are at your expense.

You have two options to send us your exchange or return

1. You take care of it, through the courier company of your choice, and send it to us at:

2. We take care of it, AS LONG AS THE COLLECTION IS IN THE SPANISH PENINSULA, BALEARIC ISLANDS OR PORTUGAL , through the courier company SEUR. You only have to fill out the form for changes and returns to request the collection, and follow a few simple steps.

- In case of change, you must buy the Value x1 change (5.50€).

- In case of return, €8.00 will be deducted from the refund in question.
