Refund Policy
The most important thing for us is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if not, no problem: you have 15 calendar days from the day you received it to exchange or return your order.

*If the shoe shows signs of being worn, returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted. If any pair arrives at our warehouse with evidence of use, the customer will be responsible for collecting it from our warehouse.

Customers residing outside of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and selected European Union countries*, may only request refunds and will be responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and shipping costs. Shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. In the event that the customer does not accept delivery of their order, and the costs and customs fees required to complete delivery, Más34 will not fully refund their order. Any costs not associated with the customer due to non-acceptance of their shipment will be deducted from their refund of the original amount.
The first change is free
The first exchange is free (Only one exchange per model will be accepted. If you want to make multiple exchanges, we will refund you and you will have to buy a new pair). Refunds for received returns will be processed within a maximum of 10 days and may take between one and five days depending on the payment method you used.
Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Credits for international transfers will not be issued. If MAS34 handles the collection, 8 euros will be deducted from the credit.

AS LONG AS THE COLLECTION IS IN THE SPANISH PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS AND SELECTED EU COUNTRIES.
- Exchanges are free of charge. (Only one exchange per model will be accepted. If you want to exchange more than one, we'll refund you, and you'll have to buy a new pair.)
- In the event of a return, €8.00 will be deducted from the refund in Spain and Portugal and €15.00 in selected EU countries* (if we arrange home or selected pickup). Nothing will be deducted if you opt for a voucher for the product, which expires after one year.
* Any extraordinary expenses arising from customs services will always be borne by the customer. (Outside the European Union)

If you want to make a change:
in size or model, we'll send it to you FREE! In mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands and selected EU countries*. Please check if we have the size you want. If you don't find it, send us an email and we'll let you know if we receive a replacement or an exchange.
We will only accept one exchange for each model. If you require more exchanges, the corresponding amount will be refunded and you will be asked to make another purchase.
If you want to make a return:
Once we receive the merchandise and verify that everything is correct, we will inform you and proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Refunds for received returns will be processed within a maximum of 10 days and may take between one and five days depending on the payment method used . Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
ABOUT RETURNS
- The credit to your credit or debit card account , which you can check on your statement. The payment settlement date depends not on us but on your bank; it can range from 1 to 10 days.
- If you paid via PayPal , you will receive the credit in your PayPal account.
- If you paid by bank transfer, we will contact you to request your full account number and make the payment directly into it.
